We like Kickstarter, and we like you.
We just launched a Kickstarter campaign for a StoryNexus project – a semi-prequel to Fallen London.

As I type this, this is 98% funded in seven hours. and, oh ho! Literally just now, Yasmeen saw us tip over the threshold.
You people, you’re amazing. This is well beyond our most optimistic projections. Thank you so much. From the start, the enthusiasm and engagement and intelligence of our audience has made the difference to the success of all our projects, and the degree of fun they’ve been to work on.
And it happened despite our Enthusiasm Officer nearly losing 50% sight after being punched in the eye by a rogue toddler, and having to go straight to the hospital after campaign launch. Send him flowers.
NOW we have a whole bunch of both tech and content-based stretch goals, coming very soon. With the kind of support we’re seeing, I’m feeling good about realising them.
Cheers gents. Ladies. Those who are neither.
We like you, too! Maybe you guessed that.
My only regret is sleeping too late to miss the "Be a character in the game" that I could afford.
Will you post stretch goals soon?
they said on the failbetter forums that there will be stretch goals.
Hi Erik,
Yes – we intend to post stretch goals in a couple of days. We weren't expecting things to move so fast!
I'm so happy for you guys. It's 29 days to go and I see you're at $7,000 more than you hoped for. I can't wait to play what you have.
This all looks really cool. I hate to be the guy who just finds one thing to nitpick at, so let me say that it IS looking really great…But there WAS one thing I just couldn't let pass by without commenting on: The bespoke stories. Why would anyone want a story that ONLY THEY can read? If the information can't ultimately be passed to the world at large, what's the point?
